4.2 Payment ProcessingAll subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. We never see or store your credit card information. Payment data is governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.

4.3 Affiliate Partners When you click on equipment recommendations that link to retailers (Amazon, Global Golf, Golf Galaxy, PGA Tour Superstore), we may earn a small commission. We track these clicks to measure recommendation effectiveness but do not share your personal information with retailers.

4.4 We Do NOT Sell Your DataWe do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your golf equipment data, performance metrics, and recommendations are yours alone.

5. DATA RETENTION

Active Accounts:- We retain your data as long as your account is active- Golf club photos and equipment data are stored indefinitely for your reference- Performance tracking data is retained to show historical progress Inactive Accounts:- If you don't use the App for 3 years, we may send a reminder email- After 4 years of complete inactivity, we may delete your account data Deleted Accounts:- When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days- Some data may be retained for legal/compliance purposes (fraud prevention, financial records)- Anonymized analytics data may be retained for product improvement
