The quick answer: every Cobra ONE Length iron is 37¼ inches, 4-iron to wedges: the length of the 7-iron in Cobra’s standard KING set. The lofts still step up club by club, but the lie gets flatter toward the wedges (65.0° to 61.5°), the opposite of Cobra’s standard set.
One length irons, also called single length irons, are sets in which every iron is the same length instead of getting shorter club by club. Cobra builds its ONE Length irons at 37¼″, the length of its 7-iron. The lofts still change from club to club, as the chart below shows.
Cobra’s website listed no one-length iron set when we checked on November 2, 2026: its ONE Length range was down to the KING TEC-X ONE Length hybrid. So this chart comes from Cobra’s own spec sheets for the last three sets, KING TEC X, DARKSPEED and AEROJET ONE Length. The lie and length are the same in all three:
KING TEC X ONE Length sets run 4-iron to gap wedge; DARKSPEED and AEROJET add a sand wedge. The three sets’ lofts are within half a degree of each other at every club: AEROJET is half a degree stronger from the 5-iron to the pitching wedge (a 26.5° 7-iron against 27.0°), and the KING TEC X 4-iron and gap wedge are half a degree weaker than DARKSPEED’s. Each sheet also lists offset and swingweight; we’ve left those out to keep the chart readable.
In Cobra’s words, on the KING TEC X page: “Each TEC-X ONE Length iron is built to a 7-iron length, allowing golfers to use one repeatable setup and swing for every club.” The DARKSPEED page put it the same way: “The ONE Length irons are each built to 7-iron length, enabling you to use one repeatable setup and swing for increased confidence and consistency from every distance.” And on AEROJET: “ONE Length delivers improved consistency and accuracy by encouraging one repeatable setup, ball position, and swing for every iron.”
That is Cobra’s description of the design intent. The spec sheets show the mechanics: one length, one lie progression, and lofts that still step up club by club.
Here is a ONE Length set beside Cobra’s current standard KING irons, length and lie per club:
So against a standard set, the ONE Length 4-iron is 2″ shorter and the sand wedge 1¾″ longer; only the 7-iron matches, in length and in lie (63.5°). The lie angles run in opposite directions: Cobra’s standard set gets more upright toward the wedges (62.0° to 65.0°), while its ONE Length sets get flatter (65.0° to 61.5°).
The KING TEC-X ONE Length hybrid comes in three lofts, 19.0° (3H), 21.0° (4H) and 24.0° (5H), all at 37¼″, the same length as the irons. Cobra describes it as having “a short ONE Length configuration at 37.25″”. It’s one way to add one-length long clubs to a ONE Length iron set, or to try the idea with a single club.
The FitMyGolfClubs grade expects each iron to be about half an inch shorter than the one before, which would mark a one-length set down. So it recognizes a one-length set and grades it as a design instead. It treats your irons as one length when at least two of them are a One Length model, or when four or more irons share the same length you entered. Then:
The rest of the bag is graded as usual, including the step from your longest iron to your hybrids and woods. That step matters more with one-length irons, because the 4-iron is 2″ shorter than a standard one. The grade reads the specs you enter, so if your set was built longer, shorter or bent flat or upright, enter what you have.

They are built so you use the same setup and ball position for every iron; that consistency is the benefit Cobra claims for the design. The trade-off is in the ends of the set: a one-length 4-iron is 2″ shorter and a sand wedge 1¾″ longer than Cobra’s standard clubs, and the gaps to your hybrids and woods need checking. Whether they help you is something to test, not assume.
37¼ inches for every iron, 4-iron to sand wedge, in the KING TEC X, DARKSPEED and AEROJET ONE Length sets. That is the length of the 7-iron in Cobra’s standard KING set; Cobra describes it as 7-iron length.
When we checked cobragolf.com on November 2, 2026, its ONE Length range listed only the KING TEC-X ONE Length hybrid and no iron set. The KING TEC X, DARKSPEED and AEROJET ONE Length iron sets were not listed.
Yes. It recognizes a one-length set from the model names or from four or more irons with the same entered length, and then doesn’t count the equal lengths as gaps or flag them as non-standard. The rest of the bag is graded as usual.
